Insurance and Billing

ProHealth accepts most major insurance plans. Insurance verification is completed before your first visit. You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or services not covered by your plan.

Pilates Class Cancellations

Pilates class cancellations follow the policy listed on the Groups / Class Schedule page. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.
