Giving Back

What's Included

➔ Three private 50-minute sessions with a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher

➔ Two group classes (one equipment class — Circuit or Reformer — and one non-equipment class — mat or Building Better Bone Health)

➔ A clear introduction to the equipment, the method, and what a sustainable practice looks like for your body

Why Start with Privates

Functional movement is how your body performs the everyday actions of life: standing up, reaching overhead, walking down stairs, turning to look behind you. When those patterns break down, pain and injury follow. Often in places that seem unrelated to the actual cause.

Starting with a private session means personalized attention to your form and goals, so you get even more out of every group class that follows.

Three privates give you the vocabulary, the form, and the modifications you need to show up confidently in any class.

Your teacher will match you to the right group classes based on what you can handle safely.

A functional movement assessment is a structured evaluation that looks at how you move, not just where it hurts.

Your clinician tests specific patterns, identifies compensations, and maps the chain of dysfunction back to its source.

Then you build a plan that addresses the cause, not the symptom.

private tune-up

A combination package that mixes both

How We Treat

Every treatment plan is built around your specific diagnosis, history, and goals. Your clinician will recommend the right combination of these services based on your evaluation.

Functional Movement

Movement-based assessment and retraining. We identify the patterns causing pain and teach your body how to move in a way that supports recovery.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques including soft-tissue mobilization and Active Release Techniques (ART)®. Delivered by your licensed clinician, not a tech.

Therapeutic Exercise

Customized exercise programs designed around your specific body, history, and goals. Not a generic protocol.

Neuromuscular Re-Education

Retraining the brain-body connection that pain and injury disrupt. Essential for post-surgical, post-concussion, and chronic pain patients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Starter Package really $225?

Yes. It's intentionally priced to be the lowest-friction way to try Pilates at ProHealth.

Do I have to use it within a certain timeframe?

You can purchase your Starter Package now and take your first class at any time. Once your first session starts, you have six weeks to use the remaining sessions.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Gift cards and the Starter Package are both available for purchase as gifts. Popular for birthdays, new mothers, and anyone starting a health practice.

What should I wear?

Form-fitting athletic wear. Leggings or athletic shorts, a fitted top. Grip socks are recommended (available at the studio).

Do I need to be flexible or in shape?

No. Pilates meets every body where it is. That's the whole point of starting with private sessions.

What if I have an injury or condition?

Tell us when you book. Our clinicians and teachers have experience with most common conditions and will work with you, not around you.
