Pilates Group Classes in Peachtree City, GA

Small Classes.
Big Results.

Reformer, mat, and circuit Pilates classes led by comprehensively trained teachers. Capped intentionally small so you'll have eyes on your form and a community that shows up every week.

Why Our Classes Work

Our group classes are built around the same clinical standards as the rest of ProHealth's Pilates practice. Four things make them work:

Small groups, intentionally capped, so you get real attention from your teacher

Comprehensively trained Pilates teachers (Polestar®, NCPT) with years of teaching experience

A clinical lens behind every class — modifications are expected, not unusual

The same teacher format week over week so you build a real practice, not just attend classes

Class Types

Explore our Pilates class options and find the right fit for your movement goals.

Reformer Classes

Work on the Pilates Reformer with the Konnector™ attachment in small groups. Reformer classes are ideal for building full-body strength, mobility, and core control, and they're appropriate for most bodies with basic foundational experience.

Mat Classes

Traditional mat-based Pilates with props. Mat classes are excellent for building body awareness and core strength without equipment, and they're often accessible for new clients after a foundation private session.

Circuit Classes

Specialty formats are available based on teacher schedule and demand. Examples include active aging, pre- and post-natal, balance and bone density, and Pilates for back health.
